I have over 33 years experience of working with people with disabilities in a variety of different settings. I specialise in the areas of; Mental health and Deafness, Learning Disabilities (including ASC – Autistic Spectrum Conditions and PIMD – Profound Intellectual and Multiple Disabilities) and dysphagia.
I am committed to the use of Total Communication techniques and use staff training coupled with assessment as the keys to the creation of specific environments which support change and communicative interactions for individuals and HR.
